Anime on DVD has a pretty good list of upcoming domestic releases. It's fairly well arranged by date:

As for notable upcoming releases, I believe Castle in the Sky (Laputa), Kiki's Delivery Service, and Spirited Away are coming up soon, if those fit in your tastes (I'll be avoiding these movies - that's only because of my tastes though). .hack//sign continues on, which I've found to be really interesting so far, and so does Noir.

But I'm really just waiting for the summer for Read or Die, the next disc of His and Her Circumstances, and Animatrix.

It all depends on what types of anime you're interested in, but from the list, it looks like there is something for everyone.
