 Just to let you all know that from 19-22 June 2004 I shall be the captain for the 1st Annual Floating Tionol. We shall have piping lessons, reedmaking workshops and a 'sick pipe surgery' with a leading pipemaker. All aboard a traditional narrowboat on the River Thames. We will cruise from Oxford to the head of the river and back, with sessions at different pubs each evening. The price will include boat hire, all lessons and workshops, full English breakfast, a superb buffet lunch (every day) and a reed making kit. Quality practice sets can be hired and/or bought for the duration of the Tionol so it will be IDEAL FOR BEGINNERS.
