She turns her gaze to the young boy as Romulous speaks to him and smiles. She was trying to be friendly, sensing he was shy. She turns back up to the woman, "You both must be starving," she says and walks over to the food closet in that sort of limbering way of a pregnant woman. "My friend Nasrin left this for us, it's still good if you'd like some," she says to them both, holding up the platter offeringly. On it was rabbit meat with other vegetables mixed with herbs and spices. She was glad to have more people in the house, to feed, to talk to. Lately she'd been alone and she enjoyed the newfound company.

"You are very kind Sable. Come young ones eat, so you can grow up big and strong." He sits down watching them a little, but then turns away thinking it may be rude to stare. He begins thinking of Sable's children growing up without a father. He thought that was silly, these children would be no better off without Remus. It would only make the children more bitter and make it easier for Remus to mold their minds when they are older. He would not lie to these children, he is not their father Remus is, and that is exactly what he tell them when they asked. A silent tear drips off his face, he wipes it away thankful that he was turned away from everyone now.

Reve smiles and replies to the question in order as best she can. "Well, de journy here wa' a bit hard at times, bu' over all, it wa' fair. Must better dan if we had stayed in our 'homeland'. As for work, I have skills in hunting so we had a bit of good meals. I also wa' a student of crafts before we had ta leave. Quick learnin' was me best 'weapon'," she explains with a smile. "As for the offering of food, we trhank you." Reve quickly offers out her hands in help with the food.
Kiriranshelo watches at Reve helps the women and stays near the door. He glances over at the man from before, Romulus, he believed the name was. He never was good at remembering things. 'Specially names. He stood, feeling a bit guilty about staying away while Reve jumped right in to talk, but still, after everything, how could he just go ahead and trust. It would be like re-opening an old wone. Slowly Kirianshelp leaned over to see Romulus better, wanting to know why he had turned around. He he leaned, he suddenly lost balance and quickly tried to get it back, but ended up falling on his back. Quickly, he stood as he saw Reve turn to see is he was okay or not. She sighed with gladness, but still watched him trough the conor of her eyes.
Ashamed of falling, Kiriranshelo quickly turns his golden-brownish eyes ((if I said cobalt blue for him before, oops, that's Reve's eyes color!)) to the ground, his dark grayish, shoulder-length hair falling around his face as if hiding it.
OOC: Maybe a bit unactive because of Online, getting onto it, troubles. Sorry. Hopefully, it's fixed soon. I think it's fixed now...but there's the warning, just in case.

He stands up and purposefully trips hoping that the young boy wouldn't notice, and that it would make him feel better. "Darn feet, I'm always tripping over them. You would think that by now I would be better at not tripping." He grins at the others in the room, feeling a little better. He had other things to think about now, like gaining the trust of his new house members.

She smiles and continues to serve the food, seeming to not have not noticed that the boy tripped at all. She set the platter on the table for the two to enjoy and as she stood there, she began to feel weak. She clutched the side of the table to maintain her balance. She looked apologetically to the two newcommers, she need to lay down. "Excuse me," she says, "I'm feeling a little ill all of a sudden.. But help yourself to anything and just ask Romulous if you need something," she said and wandered to the bedroom, giving a weak smile before she left.

She nods hesitantly, "I think so Romulous," she says quietly. Something told her they were ready.. she couldn't place it. A sudden fear struck her heart though. He said he couldn't stay long..? Where was he going? Why couldn't he stay?

I have to go get the children out, you need privacy. Men aren't allowed in during the birth. I'll get Rosalyn." He kisses her gently praying to Luna that she would make it through the birth. He walks out of the room.
"Young ones, we must not be here just now, Sable is having her children." He looks down, clearly not happy that it is already about to happen. He walks out of the house making sure the younger ones follow.

Reve nods and takes Kiriranshelo's arm. The two then walk out, following Romulus. Once outside she lets go of the boy who just stands there. He watches Romulus as he walks off in what seem to him like a run, more or less, and gets ready to say something, but draws back at the morment. Reve sighs. They just came and already everything was moving fast. But, it could't be helped.

The two women walked in together and quietly entered into the bedroom where Sable lay. Rosalyn smiled at Sable and patted her hand reassuringly and looked to Nasrin to see what needed to be done.
Nasrin looked Sable over, trying to determine how far along she was in labor. "Rosalyn stay here with her," she said and went into the main room and took a bowl and carefully ground some herbs and poured it into a glass of water. She took it back to Sable, "Drink this," she said gentley, trying to calm the woman as best she could. "It'll ease the pain... Rosalyn, go put a pot of water onto the fire to boil," she says, thinking of what else could be done for the woman. It would just be a lot of waiting..
Rosalyn nods and walks into the main room, putting water onto the fire as she was told. She looked around for Romulous, wondering if he was worried. Or if he was angry that the time for Remus' children to be born had come. She shrugged, it wasn't her business, but she worried about her friend... both of them.

Reve bends down and tells Kiriranshelo to go ahead and find something to do. He nods with regreat and walks off, slowly. Reve looks at Romulus, and then also walks off a bit, not out of the area like Kiriranshelo had down, but a good bit off, just incase she choses to go.

Rosalyn returns with the boiled water and hands it to Nasrin. Then walks over to Sable and sits beside her, trying to calm her as she went through labor. Every now and then she patted her hand to reassure her. She herself had never had a child, but she had helped Nasrin deliver children long enough to know the excrutiating pain of child baring. After the herbs have become active, Nasrin eases Sable through childbirth. The delivery was a bit difficult, the children had been born so early.. She knew Sable would be sick for a while afterwards, but the reward was great.. a baby boy and a baby girl.. After many long hours of pain, Nasrin picked them up both up gentley and handed them both to Sable, a soft smile on her face.

She smiles softly as she holds the two children, her children. A boy and a girl, she thought to herself with a warm smile as she looks up to her two friends gratefully, "Thank you," she said quietly, too absorbed in the sight of her first children to say anything else. Whatever hate she had for Remus which made her resent these children now disappeared and she was overcome with maternal love for them. She held them gentley, stroking their soft skin which had been cleaned by Rosalyn, in an awestricken state. She wished she could share this moment with Romulous, but she knew he wouldn't want to see them.. and it hurt her. But she didn't let it touch this moment, this moment of bliss.

The two women stand there a bit awkwardly. Nasrin speaks first, pulling Romulous to the side. "The birth was a bit hard on her Romulous.. They were born early.. and she's so young," she says softly, not wanting Sable to hear or frighten her but thinking he should know. "Rosalyn's made some clothes for them, she set them over there," she says pointing to the pouch of clothes. Rosalyn nods, "I made some for boys and girls, so you should be alright," she says with a soft smile to Sable. She walks over to Romulous and pats his shoulder reassuring him. "You take of her, okay?" she says with a grin, and the two women pack up their things and prepare to leave. Nasrin stops at the doorway and looks back at Sable and Romulous, "If either of you need anything, we're not far away," she says offeringly with a grin. And with a smile they leave, they'd come back later to see the babies, but thinking maybe they'd want some time alone with the new children.

She nods slowly, but she didn't want to let go of this moment too soon. She wanted to fully take it in, lock it in a box with the rest of her memories. She held them both close to her, and handed the boy to Romulous, "Will you hold him for a minute?" she asked, looking at him, thinking he wouldn't want to, but she didn't have 4 hands.. She took the girl and dressed her in the clothing that Rosalyn made, then switched babies with Romulous and did the same with the boy. She looked at them both with a soft smile, and looked at Romulous with a small grin. "Did Randwulf bring the bed over yet?" she asks, knowing that as the small weak children would soon sleep as he had said.

He points to a corner. 'It's over there. "Soon enough though, they'll be in bed with us." He looks away from her and her children. "You know what scares me Sable? I know what these children will be, they don't need their father around to become him. It's in their blood. There has never been a member of the Remus family with a kind heart. The boy will hate me with every fiber of his being. Once he becomes a man, Remus will begin his influence. They already look similar." He looks at Ransom.

She shakes her head set, "No they won't.." she says, looking at the two innocent faces not knowing how anyone could think such little things could hate.. She looked at him, his voice dispelling her vision of motherhood. "I can promise you that." Carefully she picked them both up and laid them into the cradle, humming softly. Within a few minutes they were asleep and she was amazed at their silence, she had always seen babies as loud crying creatures, but hers were silent in their first hours of life. It felt strange in a way, but she was glad Luna had blessed her that much. She sat down beside Romulous after she had tucked them in, and put her hand on his shoulder and gave a soft smile.

She sighs and rests her head on his shoulder. "Romulous I don't know about you sometimes," she says with a slight grin, a little hurt by what he said. "But I'll do what you want," she said simply. She hated that he resented the children so much.. and it wasn't their fault at all. They'd done nothing, yet all ready were disliked because of Remus, but she had promised herself a long time ago, she wouldn't let them go unloved.. no matter what.

"Good," he looks at the babies in their bed. He wished they were, or for that matter anybody but Remus'. Luna, how he had wished that for so long. Soon, he would go talk to Dhimani, the older man had a small way of making him feel better sometimes. His mother too helped some. He wished he had a child to hold, one of his own. He smiles a little. He would hold Ranulf, that would make him feel better. Ranulf is soon to be a man though.

She lays down, frowning slightly. Romulous seemed angry with her.. Why couldn't he just let go of his hate for once in his life..? It seemed to be the only thing that powered him, that and his pride. It bothered her, and she turned over on her side, not going to argue with him anymore.

She doesn't say anything in return, angry that she was alone in this.. like he had promised her she wouldn't be. She bit her lip and thought of what she would name them in the few moments before she drifted off to sleep. Ransom for the boy.. Cordiella for the girl, Ella for short. Yes, that is what they would be called, Ransom and Cordiella. They both looked simular, the boy with black and white fur, the girl with black and silver, both had the deep green eyes that she herself had. She felt she couldn't love them though, as if for some reason it was 'against the rules', and it angered her, she shouldn't have to feel that way. She felt as if Romulous was trying to make her seem as a burden..

She wakes up and clenches her teeth at the sound. She was too tired to move, too weak, but she had to she knew. She sat on the side of the bed, trying to gather her strength to stand. She finally did and walked over to the crib slowly. She picked him up carefully and positioned him so as she was holding him his head was resting against her shoulder. She walked around with him for a while, bouncing him gentley to soothe his crying. She walked into the main room so she wouldn't disturb Romulous, though she knew he was awake. She sat in a chair by the still lit fire, which was left lit overnight during the winter monthes to provide heat throughout the house. She rocked him back and forth, humming softly. She was so tired, she could barely manage to stay awake but she held her son close, hoping he would soon sleep..

He had the urge to give both her and the child a kiss, but then he realized who's child that was, so he just gave Sable one. "Good morning love."
Ransom looks at Romulus and begins to scream again.
Romulus sighs a little, "I knew it he already hates me. I better go then, so you can calm him. I'll go hunt something." He smiles at her a little and walks out.

She nods and gives him a small smile before he walked out. She began to rock Ransom once more, supporting his head with her hand. She wondered whether Romulous would ever grow to love them.. She didn't expect it but she secretly hoped that he would as people sometimes do with an unwanted pet.. though this was much more important to her. She fed Ransom and stood up and walked outside to get a glass of water from the barrel outside. Holding him still and keeping an ear open for the cry of her daughter, she looked at her reflection before she dipped the pail into the cool water. She had gotten thinner, luckily, she was afraid she would never quite be the same after hearing the pregnacy stories which left women with ruined figures. Her face was tired and worn, and her eyes had slight circles beneath them. Her hair was a mess, and she couldn't help but frown at what she saw. She carried the pail back inside, setting it by the water basin and went to her bedroom where she lied a quieter Ransom down beside his sister who slept soundly. She changed garments and brushed her hair with a wooden comb she had bought and felt a little bit better. She was expecting Rosalyn and Nasrin later that day, maybe other friendly neighbors, but for now she concentrated on cooking something for Romulous. Cordiella then began to cry and Sable walked back to the bedroom where she picked up her daughter and carried her back to the main room. Cordiella silenced as her mother picked her up and holding Ella in one arm, she made breakfast using the other. She set it on the table for the house members and sat down, resting her feet as she held Ella.
