And it's more than that. Pokemon are our friends and companions. We don't make them battle. Pokemon battle because they want to. We wouldn't be able to make them do anything that they didn't really want to do."
Natsume had gotten very fired up by her speech, and when she was finished she looked down and realised that she had stood up and was gripping the table tightly with both hands.
"Uhhh... anyway, I've got to go feed my Pokemon, would you like to come meet them?" Natsume looked over at Simon. "Do you mind if I steal all these food scraps? My pokemon love left overs."
