"Yeoouch!" Ness snatched his headset off as Raven started screaming through the link. Sigh...I hate my life...

Lina's atack neatly severed the axe, but the hilt-punch (well, that's what I gathered she was trying to do, after reading the post a couple times) failed to do any appreciatve damage, since it had an armored faceplate. Enraged, the soldier caught Lina by the wrist and slung her back towards the others. Simon followed her less than a second later, the soldier he attack having thrown him rather violently after he finished laughing at the boy's attempt...
As Bro'Grim slowed, he could see a force curtain come down, sealing off the launch bay, while a pat of the winged soldiers closed in from behind, stitching to close-ranged vibroblades and shields. And the Daath began to fishtail, giving the guns along its syides an opportunity to bring the cyborg down...
