RICH'S MOVIE REVIEW

12/12/03 LOVE DON'T COST A THING

Many directors will often try to capture the "feel" past films have had in their current movies. Whether it intended to or not, Love managed to capture the feel of an eighties movie about fitting in but without the charisma Revenge of the Nerds or The Breakfast Club had. This movie is about a school separated not by race or class, but by cliques (jocks, nerds, freaks, etc.) Love has a school full of people delivering uncomfortable lines that the cliche' quaterback would say in an 80s movie. This film is annoying from start to finish because of terrible characters, bad story, and even worse dialogue. Love might not cost a thing, but it will cost you about $8 to see this piece of crap. Thank God my ticket was free.
