I was reading a fic that involves a vamp named Penn that was sired by Angelus. I was curious as to where this vampire was mentioned in the show. I've heard of the name before, and I tried to find more about him, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. If anyone could give me any clue as to who the vamp is, i'd be most appreciative!
