Subject: Oriental Press Group (18)

Worldsec said in a briefing that Oriental Press Group will see less income from advertising this year than 2000. Reasons for the drop include a cooled Internet frenzy, the closure of Adm@rt, the lowered ad spending by ParknShop and Wellcome supermarkets, and the disappearance of MPF ads.

It said the suffering in revenue should be temporary, long-term outlook for the publisher is still positive.

The firm has downgraded Oriental Press to "hold".
