I want food like that, except for the sea scallops, ewww. Tonight I am having microwaveable chicken, microwaveable corn, and baked potatoes (also microwaveable). Do you see a pattern here? This is what I consider "cooking". I would have had okra too, but some ignoramus in front of me at Wal-Mart took it all. Ah well, I just won't have anything in the fried foods category tonight. I'll make up for it with chocolate pudding.
Doesn't this make you all want to hire me a chef so Josh and I will eat better? I tried to get Haley's friend Daniel to live here and be my cook, but he would have had to sleep in the pantry, so he declined. I need a bigger house too, so I can let people who cook stay here forever.
I'm rambling. Hunger and lack of sleep make me do that . . . anyway, in regards to why everybody is too busy to type a note - it's because they're all slackers. Also, the last few times I checked this thing it wouldn't load.
Katy had an idea - since some of us already have xanga sites, we were thinking maybe you (meaning all you people who don't already have xangas) should get one too. OR maybe we could just have a communal family xanga. It doesn't have to be open to the public, you can do protected posts. David and Cathy just started one called Neutral Grounds (www.xanga.com/neutralgrounds) so people could post stuff and debate and do the kind of thing we're doing here. Check it out.
So far Mom, Katy and I are the only adults in the family who have xangas, and Katy has yet to post anything (slacker). Ashley, Rachel, David, Steph, Haley, and Josh all have them too though, and the rest of you people had them, it would be posting and commenting fun for all. John Glaze (my boyfriend =) also has one and posts quite prolifically on all manner of things. The last major post he did was on suicide, which stirred up quite a few people.
Mine is www.xanga.com/aliceisquitemad. You can get to everyone else's from the links on the left side of my page. Also, unlike this thing - which is a graphic designer's nightmare - you can make your xanga look quite spiffy.
Whaddya think?
