He looked at the boy's attire and then looked at his own. He scratched his head in a confused manner and then called out to the boy.

"Excuse me! Uhmmm....I was wondering...where did you procure that attire? I'm....not from around here....and I was wanting to...blend in." he adjusted his tie nervously and coughed.

My, my, my...I REALLY don't fit in... he thought, fumbling with his 1961 (lol) almanac.

"And...do you know of a place where I can get some WARM clothes? Like...jackets and such?" he coughed once more and shuffled his feet. He didn't like asking total strangers all these questions, but he figured that it was a necessary evil.
