well
first let me say Ive added this site to my list that I check every so very often, and Im glad the motors running, well I hope it is... cause it's been a futiel exercise for me to keep clicking here with no added content
so thank you...
on to your question...
you suggest that to discover the meaning is to nullify it in some sense. a guy I know once said "to define is to kill and to suggest is to create," so I guess within those parameters you'd lose the meaning. I disagree sometimes though. I think meaning is probably a lot different for me than for you, or someone else in this class or anyone, some ho on blind date or some nimrod running a country somewhere... to the south...
I think if you discovered some deeper meaning you could be content with your life and maybe a bunch of people would understand it but you can't sell it to everyone, everyone's different...it's sort of like religion I guess
one more thing though
I think if you were to discover these truths, well, I would hope that they would convince you not to make them saleable goods. That is, I sincerely hope (and somewhat doubt) that the fundamental truths of the universe can be bought and sold, it makes for a pretty bleak existence.
Anyone know where to meet for the interview?
