Actually I dont know how to use ICQ, I just create my #, but dont know how to use, ridiculous! I am calling my friend to teach me...!

u got the number
of course u have registered
i think in your desktop
it should be a ICQ icon
then
try to double click
and it will require u to give your password
after u entre the password
u would discover a tick asked u to give authorization
click it and give authorization to whom u know and u wish to add
then if the people is online, u would see each other
