電影簡介:
《大理石人》（Man of Marble, 1976）是東歐電影最偉大的瑰寶，導演華依逹（A. Wajda）對東歐共產主義的腐敗、虛偽和強權的揭露和批判，響起了東歐共產主義死亡的喪鐘。
故事透過不同的人倒敘一個叫做Birkut的勞動模範的悲慘一生，重構五十到七十年代波蘭共產主義統治對人民殘害的血淚史，也鞭撻了不同機會主義者撈個人利益及政治本錢的醜惡面目。導演利用主片、黑白片、褪色彩色片及鮮艷彩色片，帶出不同時代及政治含義的形態。這部電影在波蘭曾長期遭禁映，但它的影響力漫延全國，亦使全世界體會到東歐共產主義末日的臨近。
