Subject: Maybe?

This might sound a little strange, but I think there is something inhabiting my human body. I not sure, it might be muscle spasms, coz I was treated for them a few years ago.
I often make involantary movements, and when I try to relax, it feels like something is trying to make me keep moving. I think I feel spirits and things like that around me alot to. Would it possible that this is some sort of Unicorn ability, to sense magic and spirits?
