Poet Kevin Brain Wright is a romantic in the best sense of that word. He captures the divine romance of life through his prose in a brilliant book called "Theological Immortal Romance – An Elysian Love Story". His words come across as if they were written by a 15th century monk who is high on the spiritual bliss of Holy Communion. One can almost feel this inner joy and "light" he projects with images from his words and phrasing.

Wright’s poetry evokes those same sacred feelings that come from the work of other divine and mystical poets such as Radindranath Tagore, Rumi, and Paramahansa Yogananda in his book of poems called "Whispers From Eternity". This is tall company but I believe that this book is of that same kind of spiritual DNA.

To call Kevin Wright a mystic would not be a far stretch – his words certainly convey the feeling that he is reaching out beyond the material world and has escaped the illusions of this reality. If he had been born in another time or place, he could have well been friends with the likes of Blake, Shelley, Keats or Lord Byron. Well it's just not girls doin this to guys... guys do the same thing! Yea and it does suck... trust me ive been there! Aiight this guy he took me to homecomming he then totally ignored me and was bumping and grinding with all these other chicks. My best friend kellee then just explained to me:

lol i think it goes both ways about what you said about girls hurting the nice guys. This past weekend I recently had an experience with running into a guy I met awhile back. We exchanged numbers and all that, but I figured it was more so a "so i look nice ill do this" but not to take the number exhange seriously. The next day I run into him again. He asks what i'm doing that night, and I said I had no plans. He told me to call him if i got bored. So some hours later, i give him a ring. He was about to hop in the shower, so after talking briefly he told me he'd call me back. and guess what? He never did! And today, I run into my ex that i've been having a hard time getting over. Nice huh? So maybe girls do hurt the nice guys. Purposly or not. But guys like to mess with girls heads and make them think something, when it's totally the opposite!

I think there is a big difference between girls who go for the 'player' type guy who treats them badly and ignores them and the girls who are with men who physically abuse them. Clearly someone can be abused mentally/emotionally and that is a huge problem, but I think the motives are often different in the two case. (and in terms of physical abuse - that is out of my range of experience)

Not to say that this is true in every case, but it seems to me that a lot of girls want to change a guy into what they want them to be and the idea of transforming a 'bad' guy into something better can be very appealing. Sometimes a challenge is appealing.

Also often these men exude confidence and confidence is sexy, plain and simple. I know a good number of nice guys who have success with girls-- and they have success because they have confidence and don't let people walk all over them.

In my opinion, one reason why girls don't go for the overly nice/lets people walk all over them guys is they are afraid to hurt them and tend to see them more as friends.

So I point a pistol to the system and I let a second slip, into the chest I detest of those who label me a product of political unrest, cause in reality my mentality runs much deeper than this, a product of all schisms and prejudices which exist, now the words you hear you think im leftist, but you betta watch your lip now before I leave you breathless, cause this rendition of my vision can never be defined by definition, i stand emancipated amidst the masses your education incarcerated, your textbooks a sham, leavin history perforated, so from city hall to the stage I stockpile and set ablaze, a childs brain liberated with each incinerated phrase, now you see the revolution yet your hesitant, cause you cant believe the dissolution could be this evident, standin swearin dissension in the land is no longer resident, well I suggest you cede concession and alert the president, tell him, i grab the mic and I recite wit the mission to ignite, to spark a fire in your fist, a desire to say f uck the system and resist, cause this is the land of the enslaved and the rich, the land soon to be overran by the enclaves from the ditch…
