CONTRACT RATIFIED

Story:

On Monday, August 6th, the ballots were counted by the Labor Guild to ratify a new collective bargaining agreement, with 85% of the membership casting thier vote. The contract passed overwhelmingly and the count was calculated as follows:

YES 2709

NO 492

VOIDS 2

The yes votes totaled over 80% of all votes cast. The next step will be funding the new contract via a supplemental budget and should show up in our paychecks by early November.
