I read somewhere this evening on this site that the atmosphere in the Jesus Army was like cutting knives, but I can't find anymore where it is. But I can only say AMEN to that. That's EXACTLY the way how I felt it most of the time! It is VERY encouraging to hear this also from someone else. In the big meetings sometimes dancing even on the platform at the end of the meeting with some sisters, but back in the minibus back to the house the bullying started already again by these same sisters.
And indeed, always that cutting atmosphere... Like I was something evil that needed to be killed off. And I was spoken to in that kind of way actually indeed by them. Like being something evil. At that time I had low self confidence and not much knowledge of the truth of the Bible. A dangeous situation to be in overthere!
