Your comment ignores the account from the bible where Jesus himself went to a town and could not perform miracles there because of the unbelief of the people here!

The faith comes by hearing the word, if that is how the heart responds and the signs follow this faith response. This individual was clearly not receptive and so how do you expect him to have experienced any real change?

Seems to me that personal responsibility Comes into play somewhere along the way chap.
