Subject: equal moderation would have meant a shared responsibility

Only someone with a very warped mind would read it that way, Sarah.

I wouldn't dream of changing anything I have said on here, and I hope nobody else does because this posting of yours is an excellent illustration of the way you and the JA operate.

Anyone who has kept up with the JAD business knows that you were to have been a moderator, which would have given you equal control of the site; you would have been at liberty to edit anything I put, and vice versa. The beauty of it was that you would have had the same control as a man. Another good reason for the men in community to put a stop to it, sadly.

And if you had gone through with it you would then have been in a good position to assert that you were an independent woman, which patently is not now the case.

I didn't want to control you. I wanted to share a responsibility with you as an equal.
