Barbara, you and I know from personal experience that no cause, however worthy, which has not been started by the JA to build up the JA has ever been supported by them.

No peace organisation, no refugee appeal, no disaster relief, no animal welfare, not charity for women's welfare, no support for the Sally Ann or the Church Army, or for the UN, the NSPCC or War on Want.....

NOTHING

The only charity the JA ever gives is what supermarkets call a loss-leader - it appears to be free but really it is just a way of getting you in.
