I have heard of these and have play sim games that have them. I am affraid they will not be on riverwood for the following reasons:-
* People will start wanting only one or two types of horses just so they can join them
* The horses for sale will be under pressure to update more often to create enough of the breeds that are needed
* They are never very sucessfull
