i dont know who will benifit from my little speel,but over here in canberra we have decrimanilized pot.small fines for an ounce and under $100.also a ready good supply for those who know the difference between the good and the shit.after travelling around many of australias capitals canberra has the best size/quality for the money. there would be many who would disagree,they obviously are to shit scared to score from many of my cities less tangible locations. but keep the faith sportsfans you can grow good shit if you're willing to put in the hard yards.
