第一屆曾出現「署理主席」，因當時開屆主席因出差兼移民忽忙辭職，未能即時召開業主大會重選，因此從委員中互選出一位「署理主席」立刻走馬上任處理會務。該署理主席為第一座業主：羅陳珍兒女士，後來一直署理會務至第二屆業業主大會選出李德根先生為主席，羅陳珍兒女士才退出，後亦移居外地。署理主席貢獻至第二屆業業主大會期間過程非常融洽，得到各委員之共識，會務並無脫節，當時亦辛苦了羅陳珍兒女士。
