Ms. Ng just wants to protect her own kingdom while Mr. Chan is just a fighter on behalf of other tenants to protect benefit of the whole estate. By law 344, we need a real leader. By now, I think Mr. Chan is the leader we can trust to as he not only devotes his time but money also and got the leadership to lead our tenants across the red sea as told by 344. Then we can select other committee members by our votes in the owners' meeting.
