Subject: Radial Tire Race $2000 to win!!!

With the help of www.outlawracing.com , I've put together a radial tire race that will be held at Brainerd Optimist Dragstrip in Ringgold, Ga. A date has not been set as I am looking at all other organizations and other big races so that I don't schedule on top of someone else.
It will be $2000 to win, $1000 to the runner up plus another $1500 paying back to the 1/8's. Entry will be $100 for car and driver. There is money up for grabs for the #1 qualifer, low et, and high mph of the event. I am also soliciting sponsors for a lightning round that will be held the 3rd round of qualifying like MSD had in S/S last season. Trophies will be awarded and plaques will be given to the #1 qualifier, low et and high mph.

In order to get this race going I had to get it run with a bracket race, but we will have an area roped off for the radial tire cars only.

RULES:

315/60R15 max tire size
3100lb. sb nitrous/ 3400lb otherwise
Factory auto transmission with converter or OEM stick shift with single disk clutch.
Any one type of power adder. (Multiple stages of nitrous ok)
Stock type suspension. (Direct bolt on replacement parts or added bolt ons such as slapper bars OK)
NO "wheelie bars".

We will run on a .400 PRO tree and will qualify on a PRO ladder.

I've already talked to some of the biggest names in the radial tire world and they said they would be racing here! John "Pat McCrotch" Sears, the man known as "Pro-Drag Radial", Dave Rudisell, Robbie DeVane, Troy "House of Pain" Pirez and many more.

The track owner told me as long as we have cars showing up for this race I can have as many races as I want, and as long as there is a good car count I will work harder to get a bigger purse.

One other note; I spoke with Henry D. from Car Craft and as long as he does not have something scheduled he will be attending the race, shooting photos and GIVING US SOME INK!!!

The air will be great and the track will be phenomenal SEE YOU GUYS SOON!
