S118沒有違反性別歧視法的可能較高, 原因主要有:
(1) 受限制的女子, 也同一年紀(21). (S5,S10)
(2) 年輕男子(21以下)會同樣有罪而女子則無-- 政府只用引多年前勒索案巳
滿足了立法需要的理由. (S12歧視法和外地判例)
(3) 最後, 政府只用加上一條, 使21以下女子也同樣有罪就巳可作結.不用取消21以下男子的限制.

我覺得, 歧視立法比S118肛交年紀的問題重要而急切.
因前者是影响到所有GAY COMMUNITY
如果先爭取到視立法,政府"自然"會把所有法例查閱修訂(包括S118)
否則會被指為歧視, 受影响的人就可以司法覆核要求政府修訂
那我們又何用爭取S118肛交年紀的問題?

此外, 我們更可以政府違反歧視法
跟外地判例"爭取同志婚姻".
一連串的"婚姻福利"如領養,交稅,繼承, 申請公屋,公屋繼承,居屋申請, 公司福利,公司宿舍,住屋佔用權利等, 同志也會得到平等的待遇.

也可趕走學校, 醫療,工作上的歧視, 領死亡證,領屍体, INSUR,公積金受益人等,

也會如直人社會一樣,再沒有歧視了.

所以, 我們在半年內, 若政府歧視立法的電話調查再如95年一樣,有不利的結果
我們同志們OR各大ORGAN都應在現時想一想,如何接著熱煎堆, 提出反對.
