Enhance your knowledge by reading different kinds of materials.
Perform the training exercise to create the sportive image

Talk to the on-line freinds, because they don't know who are you? You can talk freely with them and explore your real feeling.

呢一刻梗係會覺得時間點過都救唔到!直到你遇到第二個咪得救了!當然要遇到第二個都唔係易事!加上你呢一刻又實會話自己唔會鍾意第二個!時間証明一切囉!點解咁多人失戀後down完又可以重新0黎過0即!就算一年半載遇唔到第二個呀心情都未必可以keep到呢一刻咁down呀!正常0既愛情創傷係人生必經階段!
