同志被歧視問題是很複雜, (1)沒有投訴紀錄---平機會的web site 中, 並沒有任何性傾向歧視的投訴紀錄. 妳信是沒有投訴嗎? (2) 政府和有關机構宣傳不足-- 並非所有同志都明白有這個投訴机制, 其效用和對投訴者引申的後果, 並沒有任何個案流傳於同志坊間. 也沒有人扮演壓力團體的角色, 做個web page 以記錄投訴人提供的成功,失敗的個案和平機會提供的答覆. 這些渠道, 都是正常而應有的. (並非由平機會資助的團體, 建議可以成立一個這樣的網頁.) (3)歧視問題嚴重---由一般tb口中, 無論工作或學校的歧視都很多. 大家都只會無奈, 原因有: 不知如何投訴, 效果和後果, 還未向家人come out, ..難以prove歧視是因為性傾向, 還是其他原因. (4) 要引起年青的同志之AWARENESS----今日不發生在妳頭上, 不代表他日不會呢. 細個的同志,未必知道, 香港一早巳成為國際栛議"反歧視"的簽訂者: 這是我們的一個公民權利不被任何形式的歧視. 人權法案和基本法都有提及.所以, 這是合理,合法, 也合時的爭取.

希望平機會"能夠和會"拹助控訴歧視者,以堵0赫太過份的人. 要快些立有效的法例, 以解決這年內即將爆發的社會問題,舒緩同志累積的不滿. 好, 會有公開的"資詢活動", 看有沒有人反對立法保障同志.希望, 這不會假資詢, 也希望快和外地看齊, 具有完善的法例, 保障我們.. 一直以來, 港府沒有真實的行動平衡社會人仕的利益,是因為政府不正視問題, 一日不正視, 一日都只會是吹水. 我們都是Goal- Oriented, 沒有效果的, 同志們都會看在眼裡.
