Thanks for the information, Thomas, and for showing the source. I have used a small glass eye dropper and bottle for this-- it works quite well for getting the oil on the back of the tongue, and avoids the funky taste that plastic imparts to oil.

Thanks also for posting a message here that is actually about Kriya Yoga!
