So practice ecstasy. See, I am there; right away I am there. When you practice it, you will see how easy it is. When you pray, pray with your heart. Intensely. Practice Kriya. I practice it three times and I am lost in samadhi. The divine man has no time to talk or to waste on others, unless he wants to inspire others in the consciousness of God.

So you must spend more and more time with God. Never trust yourself until you have attained ecstasy. Then you will see how simple it is. Just as when you are dreaming– from the dream you can drop into deep sleep. So you must forget the nightmare of this world in the world of ecstasy, having which no other gain is greater, and having which no pain or suffering is strong enough to dislodge you from that state.
