One should try a variety of approaches, from Kriya to Zen to Chinese Buddhist to find out which suits the heart, intellect, and spirit. It is what the wandering Yogis of India did to find their paths for thousands of years. In the journey, one encounters many who say that they have the only true path. This only shows that they lack the spirituality of humility and retain desire for power over others. They do not help you by telling you how to lead your life. Those you encounter can only help you by setting a spiritual example in the conduct of their own lives.
