有時候，總不知道在公共場合會遇到甚麼人，多點保護總是好的。
記緊口罩的作用是要防止飛沬，所以要選適合自己面形的﹝普遍的手術用口罩其實經已足夠，N95太不適服，經常戴脫反而危險﹞。配帶時鐵線要沿著鼻樑，貼緊皮膚。如非必要不要用手接觸口罩外部，因為那裡佈滿感染物。呼吸時用鼻深吸，緩慢而輕柔地呼出，說話時也盡量避免空氣自口罩邊緣湧出。脫口罩時，避免接觸外部，並立刻洗手。

希望要有忍耐的心，用愛心關懷身邊的人，多點體諒。病者本已痛苦。也多點禱告祈求，希望天父給我們平安，指望中有喜樂，患難中有忍耐。
