中環皇后大道中在迷濛的夜色中
路上有大群警察吶喊而過
四周的人們穿著睡衣
高舉支持基本法廿三條立法的橫額

這時國王只穿一條內褲
光著胖胖身子
從人群間竄了出來
大臣們都說
他的新衣真漂亮啊

人們都安靜的站著
一個小男孩突然叫嚷
"嘿嘿嘿，他根本沒有穿衣服嘛"
國王拉著小男孩的手匆匆跑回王宮
路邊的群眾都擔心
小男孩會不會被國王處死呢
他可能犯了叛國罪
因為基本法廿三條立了法
