那倒不必，任何題目都可以。詩集的命名來自我校的地址──薄扶林道，只不過我賣弄點技巧，把詩集名為“薄海扶林”，“薄”，在這裡讀“逼”，意謂“逼近”，作動詞用。我校校舍面臨維多利亞海港，所以說“薄海”；而十年樹木，百年樹人，所以說“扶林”。
