THE DIRECTOR HAS DECIDED TO HOLD 2 PAGEANTS...ONE FOR TEXAS & ONE FOR LOUISANNA THE SAME DAY BUT DIFFERANT TIMES. THE TEXAS WINNERS WILL GO TO TEXAS STATE AND LOUISANNA WINNERS WILL GO TO LOUISANNA STATE. THE PAGEANTS WILL BE EXACTLY ALIKE (SAME FEES AND AWARDS).

PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR PAPERWORK...I AM WORKING ON REFERRALS.
