Gail Berman at Fox emphasized that it wasn't cancelled. They'll finish up through December (so yay! pilot) and then would like to look at putting it on another night. So December ratings may turn out to be critical. Or maybe other shows tanking. TWoP actually has a pretty good discussion of the implications, sources, and options. For such a snarky board, they are apparently huge fans of the show. The recaps have even included such phrases as "A great scene for both of the actors."
