The thought had crossed his mind, and he felt responsible for the younger filly and a shadow of concern fell over his features at the mention of foal-killers. Ruthless and cruel, he knew instinctively, only those horses could ever take an innocent life, untainted by the same greed and vanity that was eating away at their soul. His expression hardened as he thought about it, angry, most certainly, but faded back to the peaceful and calm face he carried with him. "There is a distinct lack of foals in the kingdom. Perhaps it is for the best in the meantime, perhaps not in the long run." He says quietly.
