She leaned forward, face near hers, very serious in her words, "Thats why Im here. The Rebels are trying to bring about some bad things on my people." She says, then gives a timid smile, "You are welcome to visit the Neutrals any time, I think you would like them." She says quite sincerely. It was true, the youth of the neutrals were very friendly, without over doing it..
