you have to have a dragon for example a charmeleon or a dragonite if you have that pokemon the man before the cave is away. then you have to fight the leader of the gym she says if beat her that you will get the badge if you go te the dragons den and get an item for her
that's not difficult but you have to have whirlpool

and you can only get a charmander, spuirtle or a bulbasor when you tread it wit someone who has blu or red you can not catch a charmander ...... in gold or silver
