one of the cheats i know is making sure you get lugia and where it is................first >i need cheats for pokemon gold & silver
you need to get a silver wing and you must have a pokemon that knows surf and whirlpool then you need to go to whirl islands onto the bottom right island.Go in and after a couple of goes you will come to a small lake surf up andyou will see lugia save and then battle ittry to catch it if you do not succed then simply turn off the power and try again.
