You can't get the flute but there's one way.Go to the kanto region,make your way/fly to lavander town,enter the kanto radio station ,walk to the other side and you can see a dj sitting there,talk to him and he will give you an exp.card.press start,go to pokegear and radio.search the channel called pokeflute and you hear the flute.If don'have a radio,go to the jotho region,fly to goldenrod city,enter the radio station.on the first floor,the right side of the table.talk to the girl.She will give you 5 question.Answer them all correct and she gives you a radio.
