there is no way to get the poke flute in silver version or gold. you need to use the radio card in the pokegear and one of radio channels. If you don't have the radio card go to the radio tower in Goldenrod city and play the five question game with the girl on the end of the desk. I think the channel is entitled pokemon music, with Ben.
