*Wilson refused to suppourt the movement for womens sufferage
*condoned the reimposition of segregationin the agencies of federal government
*Congressional elections of 1914
-democrat votes sufferedin the House of Rep.
-voters returned to republicans
*made it easier for farmers to recieve credit and one creating a system of workers compensation for federal employees
*Keating-Owen Act
- regulated child labor
-1916
-court shot down this act
-new act attempted imposing a heavy tax on products made by child labor (this act shut down later too.)
