Face at the window
Young boy in tears
Surrounded by love
But drowning in fear
Not by himself
But oh so alone
Every Sunday
They leave him
With his Nan
On his own
Where words give
No comfort
Anger persists
He turns to his jailor
With red eyes
And closed fists
He punches and screams
Can�t understand why
Goes back to the window
And once more
Starts to cry
It�s the same every Sunday
Left behind and confused
Unknowing and innocent
The child is abused
