Festival Queens are coached very well. I do feel that they should know the differ. pageants systems and if they are going to judge a glitz pageant- know the system and how glitz judges are to judge. Look at Mrs.louisiana she is Fair and fest butI have seen her be a judge at many pageants. I do agree if the festival queen was only a judge because the director had to use her and she was inexperienced with the glitz system she should not had judge because there are titles on the line.
