Yes, Pat has not run it in several years. And yes, Susan now owns the title. When Pat ran the pageant, there were NO WHERE near as many directors and pageants as there are now!! Pat would pull 100's BECAUSE of the title and because there were not many pageants to attend. Yes, Pat gave great things, but that is because she made the money off the pageant to be able to do that. I spoke to SB and she is REALLY trying to bring back the honor that goes with holding a title. She has put up 1,000's up front to prepare for this pageant. I will be there to support her and if you do or don't is your choice.
