First of all I contacted an Attorney who told that initals are not slanderous BUT if there were full names placed on this board then this becomes slanderous. This makes a issue that can be brought forth. Also I contacted voy, who also said that this a liable issue with the fact that there can be not naming of names in a slanderous issue. I hope this puts this issue to rest, because the board owner along with the person who wants to start naming names is also in line of fire. So to the person who is giving the initals about a director needs to understand that she will be also held liable to account for her statments with hard paper proof!
If need be I will place this attorneys name and number to prove there was a conversation here. People are going to get hurt and this will turn ugly. This needs to be stopped!
