The Sunday papers were predicting that Alastair Campbell will be making a return after resignation (very New Labour) to help run Blair's campaign. Given that the man who plotted the downfall of the former BBC's Director-General will be running the campaign, I think we can expect them to run a very cynical campaign based on deception and lies. I can only hope for our country's sake that all those who care about the future of our country will do the pragmatic thing, and vote for the only party that can remove Labour from Government, the Conservatives. To all those in Scotland still reeling from the treasonous liquidation of the British Army in a way that Napoleon, Hitler and Al Queda could only dream of, your unwavering loyalty to Labour has been duly rewarded. Date Posted: 21:02:27 12/21/04 Tue My parents don't want to vote :(. I've asked them who they've voted for before, my dad said he's voted a few times. Once for the Tories:) (probably after the falklands war., once for Labour:( (I'm not sure if I hope it was the Labour of the Blair days or the 'Red Flag' days) and ONE FOR THE LIB DEMS! IS HE INSANE!! My aunts and uncles are all pretty similar. My paternal grandfather doesn't bother with things as lowly as voting and my paternal grandmother is a bit frail now, I don't think she's long for this world :(. My maternal grandmother would probably vote Conservative but has lived in Texas for the past 20 years. My maternal grandfather as in my mothers father died in the early 90's. I have no idea how he voted if at all. My 'grandfather' (the guy my nan married 20 years ago) is American, he is very interested in politics as you can see; http://www.conversetx.net/ His name is Jaime "Jim" Uballe.
