That page has a link to the article on the 'Societe Federale du Commonwealth', which contains the phrase:

"La soci�t� f�d�rale du Commonwealth (FCS) est une organisation qui favorise une plus grande affiliation fascistique entre les royaumes d'Empire Anglais, avec pour but ultime de cr�er une alliance f�d�rale..."

It seems to me that this is copied and pasted from our old Wikipedia article after it had been vandalised by some witty fellow. Plus ca change...
