] Date Posted: 00:47:05 12/07/04 Tue In reply to: Ed Harris (Venezia) 's message, "..." on 00:22:08 12/07/04 Tue 'The Secretary of State for External Affairs Canada requests, in the name of Her Majesty the Queen, all those whom it may concern to allow the bearer to pass freely without hinderance, and to afford the bearer such assistance and protection as may be necessary.' This, along with the French translation is on the inside front cover. As well, on the back cover, it states 'In countries where there is no Canadian office, application may be made in an emergency to the nearest British diplomatic or consular office.' Nice to know that at least on our passport they acknowledge our connection. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
